The Role
You will be responsible for filling the sales funnel with plenty of high-quality leads. You will manage different paid channels and will collaborate with the rest of the team to maximise their impact, generate new creatives and keep on top of performance. You will also drive all major aspects of our inbound content marketing activities, ensuring language connects with audiences and continuously improving the organic ranking.
Responsibilities
- Set up and optimise different paid channels for lead generation
- Identify new opportunities for lead generation
- Love working with data and tools to drive performance improvements
- Help localise our marketing materials to ensure the best possible user experience
- You will be responsible for our entire CRM and marketing automation strategy and its ongoing development
- You will be strategically and operatively responsible for our e-mail campaigns – from the development of the concept to implementation, analysis and optimisation
- You will anaylse segmentation and customer evaluation data into CRM campaigns
- You will be responsible for conversion optimisation, developing existing content using A/B testing
Requirements
- You have a strong analytical mindset and a data-driven way of working, bringing expertise in paid online marketing channels
- You have a proven track record in performance marketing focusing on lead generation.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- A strong affinity for data, as well as a highly developed quantitative and qualitative approach and a good understanding of KPIs is required
- Experience of working with common e-mail and marketing automation tools
- Experience of common tools for analysis and A/B testing, such as Google Analytics etc.
