For our headquarters in Radstadt or our city office in Vienna we are searching for a GROUP LEGAL COUNSEL to advise the CEO and management board as well as to support the fast-growing number of start-ups in our portfolio.
Responsibilities & Tasks
- Advise the CEO and the management in all legal matters, including corporate and commercial law.
- Support the CEO and the management in preparing and closing new investments.
- First point of contact to external lawyers and notaries.
- Contract management: drafting and managing contracts, including license and lease agreements.
- Advising our portfolio companies in all legal matters, including corporate law, contract law, regulatory, IP-rights, e-commerce, and data protection.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree/Diploma in law.
- At least five years of experience in law firms and/or as corporate legal counsel in similar positions.
- Practical experience in M&A transaction law.
- Strong management, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English (additional languages would be appreciated).
- Absolute loyalty and discretion.
For applicants from Austria, we point out the clear willingness to overpay beyond the collective agreement minimum currently set at € 3.285,00 gross per month (basic level) for this position.
